The content, notifications, and interaction checks provided are for informational assistance only and should NEVER substitute for professional clinical judgment, diagnosis, or treatment by a qualified doctor or physician. 1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dhruvstack ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Orva application, website (orva.dhruvstack.com), and related services.

By creating an account, pairing a family circle, or downloading Orva, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue using Orva.

2. Description of Services

Orva is a digital health platform designed to help individuals and family caregivers manage medication adherence. Features include:

Configurable medication schedules and notification alarms.
Caregiver Family Circle linking for remote adherence tracking.
Missed-dose escalation notifications and WhatsApp fallback alerts.
Prescription image digitization (OCR) and drug registry references.
Health vitals tracking (blood pressure, blood glucose, symptoms) and doctor visit summary generation.
Lockscreen Emergency Medical ID profile.

3. User Accounts & Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account using your email address, phone number, or authorized single sign-on services (such as Google Sign-In or Facebook Login).

Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep your account details current.
Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Notify us immediately at support@dhruvstack.com if you suspect unauthorized account access.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to establish an account. Parents or legal guardians may manage profiles on behalf of minors or dependent elders.

4. User Responsibilities & Clinical Accuracy

While Orva offers drug safety checks and prescription OCR parsing, automated systems may make mistakes. You acknowledge and agree that:

You or your caregiver are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all transcribed medication names, dosages, timings, and intake instructions against official pharmacy labels.
You must take medications strictly in accordance with your physician's prescriptions and instructions.
Do not stop, start, or alter medication dosages solely based on information displayed within the application.

5. Family Circle & Caregiver Consent

When you invite another individual into your Caregiver Circle or accept an invitation to join one:

You authorize Orva to transmit medication status (marked taken, missed, snoozed), emergency medical ID notes, and companion device status (battery level) to designated circle members.
You represent that you have obtained appropriate consent from any individual before adding them as a primary contact or dependent in your circle.

6. Electronic Communications & Notifications

By using Orva, you consent to receive electronic communications necessary to deliver the service, including:

Push notifications on your registered mobile devices for dose reminders and alerts.
Transactional emails delivered for One-Time Passwords (OTPs), Caregiver Circle invites, and account security notifications.
You may customize non-essential notification preferences in the app settings at any time.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of Orva.
Interfere with, disrupt, or bypass any security features or servers operating Orva.
Transmit viruses, worms, malware, or destructive code.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to Orva—including its trademarks, logos, visual interfaces, graphics, code, and documentation—are the exclusive property of Dhruvstack and its licensors. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Dhruvstack, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
Any adverse health event, missed dose, delayed dose, or medical complication, as Orva is an informational reminder aid and cannot replace human clinical oversight.
Device malfunctions, operating system battery-saving restrictions, or network failures that prevent push notifications or alerts from sounding on your device.

10. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service with or without notice. We may update these Terms periodically; your continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts having jurisdiction over our operations.
